Cancellation rights

Consumers have a fourteenth right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the sponsor, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nous42 GmbH, Hülnestraestra S 29, 78713 Schramberg-Sulgen, info@nous42.de, phone: +49 1712 41 56 88) by means of a clear declaration (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the cancellation of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Follow the revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we will have you all the payments we have received from you, including the delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from your providing a different delivery than the one we have offered , have selected the most standard delivery), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of cancellation of this contract has been received by us. For this refund we use the same form of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this refund fees. We may refuse to refund the goods until we have returned the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the sooner.

You must, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this Agreement, return or surrender the Goods to us or surrendered to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. They bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You must pay for any loss of value of the goods only if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the purpose of proving the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
